2 Meet Jerami King

3 His Bio Jerami King is a Bank and Investor trained Loss Mitigation Specialist, and worked in Loss Mitigation at Flagstar Bank as a Team Lead for over 5 years. While there, he was responsible for the training of new “Short Sale Specialists”. Mr. King completed over 6000 short sales at the bank, and over 500 in his own business for other investors. Specific and specialized training in all types of loans; Conventional, Investor Owned, FHA and VA loans. Mr. King holds certification by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA in processing and approving short sales

4 Demographic of a loss mitigator… Early 20’s (usually straight out of college) Goes from collections to loss mitigation Makes between $8.50 to $14.00 per hour Is expected to work hours per week Has an average of about 300 files on his desk Is expected to close 30 files per month
