Water Properties Pictures and Diagrams

This is an example of a Hydrogen Bond

This is the Water Cycle

This is water on a spiders web. This represents adhesion.

This is a bug on the surface of the water. The reason it looks like it is walking on water is because of surface tension.

Polarity is a property of water because two sides of the atom are not equal. The side with the hydrogen's is positive and the other side is negative. This makes the atoms attract each other forming hydrogen bonds.

This represents Cohesion. The water molecules are sticking together forming a bubble over the penny.
