Agenda 1. Key Activities, Accomplishments and Status 2. Meeting Notes and Action Items

Project Management and Reporting Monthly status report

Enterprise Services Inventory Blueprint and Roadmap Participated in weekly Enterprise Architecture Review Board meetings to present, actively discuss and contribute to Architecture and Design reviews and discussions Discussed expected project owner use of inventory service in bizgov evaluation process with Malcolm and Ian Revised approach and timeline for initial service inventory update. Reviewed with ARB. Revising based on ARB feedback. Revising existing descriptions in service inventory spreadsheet to correct inaccuracies and ambiguities [90% complete] Adding capabilities for each service (with implementation status) to service inventory spreadsheet

Service Specification Templates No update in this reporting period Services Portfolio and Wiki Management No update in this reporting period Service Specification Reviews No update in this reporting period Service specification standards, templates, best practices and processes No update in this reporting period

2TRANSCEND Integration and Architecture Continued to work with the Program and Engineering teams to update 2TRANSCEND JIRA project with Risk assessments, mitigation plan and assignments; reviewed risks, mitigation plans and status in weekly meetings Supporting THE.Force to iHub/caCIS integration: follow-up on format for multiple serious adverse events; instructions for installation/test of caCIS in UCSF development environment

Enterprise Architecture Repository No update in this reporting period

Prepare/condense BAM for review to find business capabilities [Target Date: 2/13] Revise the Service Inventory layout to make it more informative and useful to the ARB and the Projects that will use it [Target Date: 2/15] (offline review) Review BAM to find business capabilities and update inventory [Target Date: 2/22] Update Service & Capability descriptions, status and other supporting information [Target Date: 2/27] ARB review of inventory spreadsheet (descriptions and status) [Target Date: 2/27] Map Services to new CBIIT Vision and Mission [Target Date: 3/20] ARB review of inventory spreadsheet (vision/mission) [Target Date: 3/20] Final updates [Target Date: 3/27] ARB review of inventory spreadsheet [Target Date: 3/27]

Risk Description: Information about the format for providing multiple reasons for a serious adverse event was not provided by UCSF. Impact: There is a possibility that the example created by the 2TRANSCEND Integration team will not work well with THE.Force and will need to be revised. A revision is unlikely to require expert CDA architect resources; however, the original specification was done using expert CDA architect resources that are not available under the current ESSRT contract. Update: CLOSED in 2/11/13 report. iHub and UCSF teams are in agreement on format and approach and UCSF has begun integration work. While there is always risk in integration, the reported risk was based on lack of feedback from UCSF and no longer applies.
