Who is Ms. Meijer? Born and raised in Connecticut Received Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University with a major in Health Education and a minor in Secondary Education A health/fitness junkie An individual who is excited to teach your children about health!

INTASC Standards INTASC Standards are the Interstates Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium Basically, they serve as guidelines for teachers and students on what needs to be taught/learned by the end of the course
