2 1.Reviewed ERCOT System Outages and failures ERCOT presented the monthly Incident Report Planned/Unplanned Outages  Planned outage performed Feb 22 nd & 23rd 2014

2. ERCOT presented Service Availability  MarkeTrak performance was stable for month of Feb o SCR 756 enhancement project should help to alleviate performance issues o ERCOT asked MPs to provide feedback on what system they are currently using to check for compatibility with ERCOT’s systems 3

3. Reviewed 2014 SLA TDTWG/ERCOT continue to review and add language regarding market call notices o Draft language to the SLA to include System Degradation o Draft process on notification to market 1. Did market receive enough time prior to call 2. Will a pre-notification or post notification be sent TDTWG/ERCOT to review over next scheduled meetings 4

4. Discussions continue regarding NAESB version update o TDTWG continues to work on updating the guide to show mutually agreed elements to the market. o TDTWG continues to work on reducing the IA dollar amounts and look for savings o Documents continue to be posted to TDTWG page on ERCOT website 5

5. TDTWG discussed NPRR 555 (Load Resource Participation in Security- Constrained Economic Dispatch o Issue was tabled for further discussion and request made to take action and attempt to get other working groups/committees to ‘buy-in’ the NAESB upgrade 6

6.ADHOC Items ERCOT briefly provided an update on Registration of Load Serving Entities-New Load serving type called External LSEs (ELSE) o How is ERCOT going to register those ESIIDs? o What file type will be used? 7
