Female Rules for Hoops 1. You will take two sticks and a hula hoop of your choice. 2. Then you will try to twirl the hoop with the two sticks. 3. If you spin the hoop around at least two times, then you will get the prize! Liberator Loot!

Male Rules for Hoops 1. You will pick a partner 2. You and your partner will come up and choose a hoop. 3. Then you will take the sticks and try to roll the hula hoop back and forth at least two times and you each get a Liberator Loot!
