You would probably want to stay for about 2 weeks to be able to see and do all the things you would want to do. You would probably go to the lake and fish or swim, go shopping, go to all the parks, the museum and much more.

 There are lots of nice hotels in Seattle.

 There are lots of restaurants  The needle is probably the best place you can go.  There is no chick-fil-a  There is no cracker barrel either
