Accessing Endowment Proceeds New Process – Educational awards (scholarships) are processed at UP directly against endowment spending accounts – Program expenditures to be made directly against available endowment spending funds on account at UP OR – Program expenditures made at the county level and a request for reimbursement from endowment spending funds – Contact for navigating new process is Cindy Kunes
