Humanitarian Liberal Party San Francisco

5 Issues 1. Minority Rights 2. Gay Marriage Rights 3. High Housing Prices 4. Environmental issues 5. Abortion

Statements 1.) The government should protect the rights of minorities and continue to eliminate discrimination. Due to the large number of minority groups in San Francisco, our party will promote legislation that will benefit these minority groups by protecting their rights. 2.) Gay marriage should be legalized by the national government. Due to the large population of same-sex partners living in San Francisco, the Humanitarian Liberal Party will push for the national government to make gay marriage legal.

Statements 3.) The government should regulate the cost of housing and pass legislation aimed to lower the housing prices. Our party believes that the national government should control the outrageously high housing prices by passing legislation that subsidies housing loans and regulates rent control. 4.) The government should step in and regulate the amount of pollution throughout the nation. The Humanitarian Liberal Party believes that the government should be able to establish guidelines and restrictions for industries and companies to limit the amount the pollution.

Statements 5.) Abortion should be made illegal by the national government. We believe that the national government should pass legislation to promote the preservation of life.

Gay Marriage Poll

Questions How our 5 issues relate to the Founding Father’s ideals: 1. Minority rights relate to the equality of opportunity. Each individual has the opportunity to succeed in life. 2. Gay marriage rights relate to the pursuit of happiness and equality. Everyone has the right to be happy and everyone is equal in society. 3. High housing prices relate to the establishment of a government that was created to benefit the people. People could benefit by saving money if the housing prices were lowered. 4. Environmental issues relate to the protection of property and health. All citizens have the right to their health and the right to their property and pollution and other environmental issues take away those rights. 5. Abortion relates to the protection of life. Everyone should have the chance to live their life.

Questions The Humanitarian Liberal Party has ideas and beliefs that not everyone is going to agree with. However, all of our ideas and beliefs are to benefit the community of San Francisco and the people within it.

Questions 1. Abortion affects women more than men because the issue is directly related to women and a woman’s body. 2.Gay marriage rights affect both genders, all ethnicities, and all social classes because everyone has the option of being gay. 3.High housing prices affect poor social classes more than privileged ones because poor social classes can’t afford the high prices. 4.Minority rights affect both minorities and the wealthy because the minorities need support and the wealthy are giving the minorities the support. 5.Environmental Issues affect everyone because everyone lives in the environment.

Push poll 1.) Would you still vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she was in favor of the killing of babies before they even get a chance to live? 2.) Would you still vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she is not for saving the environment? 3.) Would you vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she didn’t speak out against animal abuse? 4.) Would you still vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she drives a car that emits a high level of pollution? 5.) Would you still vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she was against legalizing gay marriage? 6.) Would you still vote for Nancy Pelosi if you knew that she doesn’t support the protection of minority rights?

Political Cartoons The Humanitarian Liberal Party supports an eco-friendly environment. If the nation’s addiction to oil continues as it is, the world will soon be filled with pollutants and the ugliness of mankind will be revealed.

Political Cartoons Minority rights are also supported. The cartoon shows that many minority groups such as Hispanics, gays, younger citizens, African- Americans, and females are not fairly represented by other political parties. We believe that everybody-no matter who they are- should have equal representation.
