Accident Description The flight took off from John F. Kennedy International Airport, Jamaica, New York on November 12, When encountering turbulence the pilot franticly tried to free the plane from the turbulence by putting large amounts of pressure on the rudder. Shortly after take off the vertical stabilizer and rudder separated from the plane while encountering turbulence.
Accident Description The plane hurdles towards the ground and the forces rip the engines off the plane. The plane crashes in the residential area of Belle Harbor, New York. Video: -_A -_A
Deaths There were 2 flight crewmembers, 7 flight attendants, and 251 passengers on the plane. All 260 people on the plane died. 5 people on the ground were also killed.
