Please Cut The Heart in Half Place the heart in front of you. You are viewing the ventral surface. Begin your cut on the heart’s RIGHT side (your left) and continue the cut until you ALMOST reach the other side (like a submarine sandwich bun). Open the heart like you were looking at the back page of a book placed upside down in front of you.
