Analysis Unit: - there are two main types of labs that process the majority of medical specimens:

Hospital laboratories are attached to a hospital, and perform tests on patients Private (or community) laboratories receive samples from general practitioners, insurance companies, and other health clinics for analysis

Communication Department: It is responsible for the Design of hospital network and all communication systems as(mobiles, telephones,..)

Production and publicity department 1)marketing department promote hospital services with various contractual and personnel

Independent Services: -Legal management 1) Help the senior leadership in the development of goals, and mapping the strategic plan and policies and public participation in decision- making

Quality management: 1)interpretation and application of quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure quality care for patients 2)Supervision of staff working in quality assurance review of medical records

Fire service and emergency:

-An Emergency Department (ED), also known as Accident & Emergency (A&E), or is a medical treatment facility, specializing in acute care of patients who present without prior appointment, either by their own means or by ambulance. The emergency department is usually found in a hospital or other primary care center

o Planning department 1)Planning helps managers to focus on the outcomes of health care organization

Treatment and preventive care sector: Improve the quality of preventive health services through the implementation of specialized programs with goals and specific strategies Addressing the problems of the environment and food

Hospital Hygiene officer: Will be directly responsible for the collection, transport and disposal of waste (Waste Management) with the direct supervision of staff and workers in hospital hygiene

Finance Division: -Director of finance: 1) Participate in the development of the estimated budget for the hospital and the statement of case in the coming year

Hospital operations Division: -Director of Hospital operations: 1) Responsible for handling the overall operations activities

 Maintenance: 1). Reduce the downtime of medical devices, whether to their need for repair or calibration or spare parts 2)Increase the life of devices

Human Resources Division: -Director of human resources : -interacts with all departments in the hospital to ensure the quality and motivation of personnel working at the hospital

Personnel department: Do the planning, organization, direction and control of all activities and personnel services in the hospital Coordination with the various sections of the hospital staff and solve problems

Head Nurse office :

-. A nurse manager has overall responsibility for the care of patients on a particular unit, including supervising other nursing and clerical staff, and for coordinating the services of departments such as social work and discharge planning -A nursing supervisor may have overall management responsibility for several units

Other medical units: -Hemodialysis unit : medical physics unit
