Why walk? a great way of meeting new people - most walks finish in the pub for a drink and a natter a chance to get outside in your local green spaces and countryside – helping to combat stress, depression and anxiety brisk walking helps reduce the risk of diabetes, Alzheimer's, bowel cancer and can help prevent osteoporosis, high blood pressure, stroke and coronary heart disease
