Before the Test check list: Get folder from cart with Student Test Tickets POST Do Not Disturb Sign Have scratch paper, pencils, earbuds ready Have a couple manila folders ready to cover a student screen in case of bathroom break or other event. Have your personal Chromebook charged Have your charger cord ready to charge student Chromebooks if needed Chromebook Loaners - per Dawn no pink tickets needed, send students ONLY in AM prior to test start. TECH PROBLEMS / HELP Phone Ext: 2283 (Kelly)

DISPLAY & FREEZE FOR STUDENTS TO READ BRING ONLY: Chromebook, Agenda, Reading Book Cell Phones Off & In Locker Power up Chromebook : Teacher must check battery level: – 50% charge- teacher will plug in for 5 minutes – Uncharged or no Chromebook–to Library for loaner (no pink slips needed during PARCC) AFTER TEACHER CHECKS BATTERY, Hold power button down until ALL LIGHTS on front of Chromebook go off. Sit QUIETLY & WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS!

When there are 10 minutes left, go to “10 minutes left” slide & resume script. If providing the 3 minute break – remove the blue box.
