Archaeology Archaeology is digging things up from the past. And finding what year they come from. You use things like books and other things to find what it comes from. It is interesting.

Archaeology Trip 1 We went on a trip to see them digging the trenches. We saw what the they had dug up.They had found a lot of things We also had a look at all the trenches. They had dug up a lot of them

Archaeology Trip 2 Today it was our second time coming to the archaeological dig. This time there wasn’t people digging. We went with a man called Kev, he was cool!

Earth works We stood on an earth work and he said its an earth works or a cow what's died and people stood off straight away. We found out new words that archaeologists use.

Archaeologist’s Gadgets Archaeologists use special gadgets to help them. Gadgets like ones that tell what is under the ground and what is on top. They also use simple things like metal detectors.
