Make Your Own Multiple Choice ?s  Yesterday, we practiced multiple choice questions for the AP Exam.  Let’s go through and look a those questions, as well as the Booker T. Washington questions and see if we can identify specific categories of questions that they like to ask.

Make Your Own Multiple Choice ?s  Author’s main argument/purpose (big picture questions – beginning or end of section)  Author’s tone  Word meaning in context  Identification of speaker  Grammar  Rhetorical devices  Author’s style/structure of the passage

Make Your Own Multiple Choice ?s  Now, in your groups, please re-read parts of/remember what your chapter of Wild was about.  Then try to come up with 5 different multiple choice questions (AND answers) for your section of the book. Each should reflect one of the types of questions we talked about.  We’ll then switch with different groups and talk about what we’ve found!
