 Funded in August of 2007 ($15 M)  1 st acquisition in April of 2008 ($10 M)  1 st Major acquisition in May 2010 ($300 M)  WildHorse Resources 2 (“WH2”) recently started

 WildHorse Resources LLC (“WHR”) is a private independent energy company focused on oil and gas exploration and production in Texas and Louisiana, primarily focusing on conventional development of the Cotton Valley, Bossier, Travis Peak/Hosston, Smackover and Woodbine Formations. WHR and its affiliated entities are aggressive buyers of producing properties and the company operates and develops its assets with a strong commitment to operational efficiency, safety and environmental stewardship. WHR owns interests in more than 1,600 wells and is one of the Top 20 private producers of oil and gas in the United States (Oil and Gas Financial Journal).

 WHR’s main office is located in Houston and includes about 60 employees in-office  There are also about 25 field workers under contract with WHR located in Northern Louisiana and East Texas.

 EEOC – Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (safety and policy manual)  DEQ – Department of Environmental Quality (surface level)  DNR – Department of Natural Resources (down hole)  DOT – Department of Transportation (tuckers hauling the NG/Oil/Water)  OSHA – Occupational Safety & Health Administration (work environment, equipment, hazards, weather)  EPA doesn’t bother them because they aren't a big enough corporation. (They deal with Shell, Marathon, Chevron, ect.)
