Background  One of three auto body repair shops in Moscow, and one of five in the Palouse region  Newest of auto body repair shops  Main customers of this region include long-time residents of the Palouse and college students at the University of Idaho and Washington State University  University Collision prides itself on being a local company that provides the best customer service with ownership and employees who have grown up in this area  University Collision has a website that is maintained by the wife of one of the managers, but no other forms of advertising or media outlets are currently used

Controlled Media  Currently uses business cards, but there are no other forms of tangible sources of information  Will benefit mainly from social media and Internet sources, but there are a few items that could be used to reach audiences  9X4 informational card  Fact Sheet

Advertising  You want University Collision to be THE auto body shop that residents of the Palouse turn to in the event of needed auto body repair  Advertising is going to be a huge element in attracting customers and building a client base  Using social media (Facebook, Instagram, website), local publications (newspapers), and direct mailing options (informational card) is going to help University Collision build a name in the community

Summary and Recommendations  University Collision is a new business in Moscow and has a lot of room for growth and development  Many opportunities to grow and in Moscow area through various forms of advertising and community involvement  Being a small business operated by local residents that strives to provide excellent customer service is a major element to focus on  Using various forms of media outlets will drive in more customers and by having information readily available through different platforms  Making a constant presence in a community as tight-knit as Moscow/Pullman/the Palouse by participating in town events will help grow business
