Up-scaling IWMP through Special Programme for Environmental and Economic Development(SPEED) In commemoration of 50 th year of Statehood Upscale existing IWMP - adopted 50 villages Economically empowered and climate smart village 7 Core areas of intervention Dedicated WDT member as full time facilitator 2.Use of Whatsapp as a tool for effective implementation of IWMP (PMKSY –WDC) Whatsapp group for Watershed team Created an active platform for discussion, experience and information sharing Data relay/sourcing Monitoring and networking 3.Special initiative for Springshed Development in Watershed villages Identify and address issues for regenerating springs, streams and underground flows Sensitization & Mobilization for community participation in enhancing recharge of springs In convergence with PSI, ARGHYAM, ACWADAM and PMKSY-WDC,
