Creative Problem Solving Divide class into groups of 3-4 Have students formulate a problem they feel exists in HOSA (e.g. not enough funds for field trip, not enough students becoming members of HOSA, etc.) Using HOSA’s competitive event guidelines for problem solving, use the six step process to solve a group problem Apply the competitive event judges rating sheet for evaluation
