SILENCE ALARMS Operational only when a fire/evacuate condition is present. Operation will silence audible alarms, change internal buzzer tone and cause the RED fire LED to change to a constant illumination. CYCLE DISPLAY Operational only when display area is full and more information is available. EVACUATE causes the alarm circuits to energise and the internal buzzer to operate. To cancel, the system must be silenced & reset in the normal manner. Operation of this switch causes all LEDs to illuminate and internal buzzer to sound. Operation will clear a fault message from the LCD display after a fault condition has cleared. Silences the fault buzzer when an active fault is present. Silences the fault buzzer when an active fault is present. SYSTEM RESET Operational only during a fire/evacuate condition and when the SILENCE ALARMS switch has been operated; causes the system to reset to a quiescent condition (if no alarms or faults are present). DELAY OVERRIDE Overrides the pre- programmed Night/Day alarm output delay. (Evacuate, and call points will also override the delay). Operation of the ENGINEER control prompts the user for an access code and then enables access to the engineer’s menu. TEST ALARMS Operation of this switch will cause the external sounders to operate until switch is released. * # Engineer’s functions
