Why are we here? Internal review of business processes vs OAD requirements identified inconsistencies Pre network sales ‘Operating Agreement between the National and Area Control Centres’ Offtake Arrangements Document implemented in 2005 Amended via Mod 195AV in April 2009 Some issues remain UNC review proposal required

Examples of current issues Offtake Profile Notice submissions –OAD I (b) vs (b) vs (a) –3 variants potentially at odds with each other…none entirely fit for purpose? –Similarly OAD I2.3.5 vs –Potentially conflicting timeframes re OPN submissions

Things to consider Should any conditions in OAD be amended to reflect a more relevant condition? Are there any absent conditions which should be included? What are the benefits for both parties (NTS and DNO) by adhering to existing OAD clauses (which may create additional workloads) to warrant full compliance?
