Jesus Heals A Blind Man Mark 10:46-52

“With His disciples and a great number of people” What took place was done “in the sunshine” Plenty of witnesses “This was not done in a corner” (Acts 26:26). cf. 2 Corinthians 8:21

“Sat by the highway side (road) begging” A desperate situation Would have been noticed by all who passed by Little could be done by the blind Not much to help them except for an alm cf. Romans 5:6

“For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly” (Rom. 5:6)

What else do we learn? Blind man sought mercy Jesus could and did deliver him But Bartimaeus had to come to Jesus

re. Acts 2:39 The promise here is salvation But, like Bartimaeus, you have to answer the call of Jesus Believe in Jesus (Acts 2:36) Repent and be baptized (Acts 2:38)
