THE QURAN EXPLORER

INTRODUCTION  The Quran Explorer contains Al-Quran (Arabic text), along with translation into Urdu. Plus it provides some interesting facts about the Holy Quran.

GOAL OF THE PROJECT  To provide people with a portable Quran so that no matter where they are they can carry Quran with them, on their laptops or on their mobile phones, read comfortably and have a good time.  To make it easy to read the Holy Quran by letting you chose any Surah and any page and displaying the requested page instantly.

WHO WILL GET BENEFIT FROM IT? Anyone can get benefit from it. Specially those who want to have the Holy Quran with them while traveling and people at offices can have easy access to the Holy Quran.

HOW I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM I used Java programming language to solve this problem. I created the layout using the NetBeans IDE. For implementing logic, various techniques were used. I used URL class and Regex to extract the images of all the Surahs. The Array data structure was used to store the pages of any selected Surah. The website from which I extracted the images is:
