{ Servanthood Working the trenches

 Administration is problem solving, managing a solution.  Servanthood focuses on becoming the missing puzzle piece. Instead of solving a problem, you ARE the solution. The difference between Administration and Servanthood?

Why do you think Servanthood would be such an issue?

 “I really think we should have more family dinners at the church. I’m certain everyone would be fine with cooking just once more a month for the congregation.”  “These parking lot stripes are FADED. I mean, I know the church doesn’t have a handyman, but c’mon – the pastor can do it.”  “Other churches have food ministries, but ours doesn’t. Someone needs to step up for that.
