What were the main games of the Olympics in Ancient Greece? Wrestling was one of the main Olympic games. This went that you could only do one hit at a time and if you messed up you would get hit by a stick. Another one of the Olympic games was the 100 meter run footrace. The last main event was the Discus throw. This is when a guy gets a 10 pound disc and try's to throw it as far as he can.

But you could pretty much choose to get money by trading the medal in or keeping it. The U.S.A. pays the lowest amount of money for cash prizes.
