CLO2 present an oral presentation on processes and procedures using appropriate language devices and suitable visual aids. (C3,A2)

2.1.3 Convert the description of processes and procedures into a flow chart / diagram Present information on processes and procedures orally and in written form using appropriate sequence connectors.(C3, A2)

PROPER technique of presenting the PROCESSES Intro + Content + Conclusion

Writing the INTRODUCTION  give a clear TITLE  state no. of steps/procedures  state the materials/equipment/tools used to complete the process  inform who will be doing the process

Example of Introduction REFER TO PAGE 40 in the textbook This flow chart shows the procedures of making mango juice. It involves 11 basic steps The procedures start at the fruits farm, continue at the factory and end at the fruits shops

Identify the verbs used in every picture. Match the verbs with the correct object/subject and Change the verbs into PASSIVE VOICE Let's Try the exercise on page 40

NEXT STEPS……….. Check and make sure all the steps are explained clearly use correct tenses use appropriate sequence markers describe the steps clearly (use WH questions to help you)

Ripe mangoes are picked from the mango trees at the mangoes farm the skin is removed from the seed the boxes are packed into boxes before sending to the factory by lorry. mangoes are crushed to extract the juice using the machine.
