At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to: 1. List the four (4) different types of conflicts outlined in the course material 2. Explain in your own words how interpersonal conflict differs from other types of conflict using at least two (2) differences. 3. Identify interpersonal conflict amongst various scenarios provided, while working in groups of two (2).

 Conflict is a struggle between or among parties who hold a perception that their goals are incompatible.  Key words:  Perceptions  Goals are incompatible:

1. Interpersonal Conflict 2. Intrapersonal Conflict 3. Intergroup Conflict 4. Intragroup Conflict
