Agenda COR – IX Upgrade Contingency Approach –Current position –Next Steps COR – XP1 Replacement –Project Update

COR IX Upgrade Current position –All IX End Users have now been successfully refreshed or migrated onto the new IX Network. Xoserve now propose that this change is considered implemented – engagement continues with sites yet to migrate. –Thank you to Users for your support through this process. –Vodafone have completed an analysis of each site pending new circuit installations and identified an alternative product that meets site access requirements. –Orders for these circuits have been placed with BT / Openreach. Once appointment dates for circuit installation have been provided Vodafone will contact each site directly to arrange and confirm appointments.

COR IX Upgrade Future Steps –Vodafone to confirm circuit appointment dates for outstanding sites. –Once circuit appointments have been completed, Vodafone will arrange router installation appointments. –Post router installation Vodafone will arrange a final site visit to migrate refreshed sites fully onto the new IX Network.

COR – XP1 Replacement XP1 Questionnaire Responses and Summary –Low response to questions asked at the last UK Link Committee –Xoserve request further responses from Users to better understand usage of the contingency capability to determine the approach for future services –Will return to the next UK Link Committee with outcome of the survey
