SharePoint 2016 - Changes Excel Services in SharePoint Excel Services and its associated business intelligence capabilities are no longer available in SharePoint Server. SSRS will add a report type to distribute PowerBI Desktop reports This will: Require the Power BI Reports to be converted and deployed to SSRS SSDT or Visual Studio Be interactive within the report No additional Self-Service capability No reuse of data model or business rules within other SSRS reports
