Recovery Simulator Overview  Recovery Simulator is a recovery assurance solution that allows users of Cristie’s system recovery software to simulate and automate disaster recovery testing.  This provides confidence that system backups will recover successfully from stored backups following a drive failure, system crash, or total site loss.  Any failures or areas for improvement are clearly highlighted.  As with ABMR, Recovery Simulator leverages backups carried out by EMC Avamar.
