Scholarships for Continuing and Transfer Dougherty Foundation Based on financial need and academic achievement. Students must be U.S. citizens and residents of Arizona. Students that meet eligibility criteria and are enrolled at a participating community college are eligible for up to $1,000 in scholarship funds each academic year. Eligibility status for the scholarship program for community college students is limited to $2,000 regardless of the number of semesters the student attends any community college. DeMund Foundation Transfer Scholarship for Honors Students, Presidents' Scholars and Honors Achievement Awardees who plan to transfer to a 4-year college or university and who will graduate with Honors Program designation* from Phoenix College can apply for the DeMund Foundation Transfer scholarship. Other restrictions apply. *Honors Program designation means that a student has achieved a graduation GPA of 3.5 AND completed 15 credits of Honors courses at the time of graduation
