In the phone, repeat the same procedure in order to pair both the devices. Enter the same PINs in order to connect the devices and then tap OK.
4. Check Airplane Mode status If the airplane mode is set to ‘ON’ position, then all the signals and wireless connection will get disabled automatically including Bluetooth. So make sure that the airplane mode is kept in OFF mode. You can see a flight symbol at the top of your display if the airplane mode is ON.
5. Verify mobile data connection and Wi-Fi Some apps use data connection or Wi-Fi to sync data with cloud storage.Wi-Fi to sync data It is not possible to sync data to the cloud without the internet.
