Smartxt Universal Learning Project Presented by Stacey Kayden Stacey has been a High Tech Learning Specialist at Laney College in Oakland California since In addition, she travels throughout California for the High Tech Center Training Unit of the California Community Colleges training college staffs on applying assistive technology tools to college curriculum. She has also developed a state wide Universal Learning program for the California Community Colleges.
