Homeland Security This Homeland Security Program is designed to introduce first responders, private sector specialists and students to the principles of Homeland Security training The Homeland Security Course is based on guidelines set forth by the Federal Department of Homeland Security, the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services and the Homeland Security Defense Educational Consortium. The Homeland Security Program will meet State Academic Requirements for an Associates of Arts Degree and will articulate with State Colleges and University four year degree programs
