Method 시험관 Test serum 0.2 ml 철용액 0.4 ml 혼합 흡착제 한 스푼 (대략 50 mg) 잘 혼합하고 실온에 5 min 이상 방치 후 3000 RPM 10 min 원심분리 상층액을 0.1 ml 취하여 TIBC의 검체로 아래 방법과 동일하게 실행함   serum standard Blank 시료(ml) serum 0.1 표준액 0.1 증류수 0.1 사용완충액(ml) 2.0 잘 혼합하여 37 ℃에서 5 min 가온 정색시액(ml) 0.5 잘 혼합하여 37 ℃에서 5 min 간 가온 한 후, 실온에 5 min 이상 방치하여 2 hrs 이내에 blank를 대조로 590nm에서 흡광도 측정

주의사항 조기 공복 시 채혈 용혈 검체는 부적합 탈철처리 된 용기 사용 음식물 섭취에 따라 serum Fe가 달라짐 TIBC에는 변화가 없음 용혈 검체는 부적합 Hemoglobin 내 heme에 결합된 Fe에 의한 간섭현상 탈철처리 된 용기 사용 HCl 이나 HNO3를 이용하여 철을 유리시켜 제거
