HCPOAs and Living Wills Since we’ll be storing or already are storing copies of ID source documents (birth certificates, SS cards, etc.) Why not store signed HCPOAs and Living Wills? Primarily for use if the ID card holder so elects and is suddenly hospitalized and cannot communicate

Could DLs and ID cards Be used by health care providers to access the portal for obtaining current medical records? Assuming the holder authorizes the same Subject to proper security controls and PIN # use
