UH-CIRTL Goals 32 (Year 2) and 60 (Year 5) future faculty who have CIRTL Fellow skills 16 (Year 2) and 30 (Year 5) future faculty with CIRTL Practitioner skills who are implementing CIRTL-supported pedagogies and instructional materials to teach diverse communities of undergraduate students in STEM courses. 3 (Year 2) and 5 (Year 5) future faculty who complete and present teaching-as-research projects as CIRTL Scholars in events such as the Effective Teaching Practices Showcase, Future Faculty Teaching Research Symposium, and/or CIRTL National Forum.
