Commercial Units Location – Worcestershire Project Value - £1.3 million Our client, a very successful local property developer, approached Fox Construction in relation to the erection and fit-out of 7no. new Commercial Retail units. The project was complete within budget and 4 weeks ahead of schedule allowing the client to negotiate early terms with their tenants. The properties incorporate the latest, most environmentally friendly, heating and lighting as well as insulation and U-values that far exceed current requirements which all tenants are now benefiting from. Industrial Units Location – Merseyside Project Value - £1.1 million Fox Construction Group were awarded the refurbishment of 15no. Industrial units in Merseyside which included Replacement of Roofing to all units, New Flooring, Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, Replacement of Loading Bays and Fire Shutter Doors (including Alarm upgrades), External Cladding Replacement and Masonry Repairs. As a result of the refurbishment, the client was able to find new tenants for all units within 5 weeks of completion.

Structural Steelwork & Cladding Location – West Midlands Project Value - £620,000 This project was awarded to Fox Construction Group by a Local Authority agent following a long tender and design process. The erection of a Structural Steel Frame and Cold Rolled Cladding rails for this new Sport Centre was the prerequisite to Fox also being awarded the entire Roofing and Cladding package as the previous contractor had gone into liquidation. Fox were able to source the Cladding and install without impacting on the overall programme resulting in the centre opening on time. Residential Properties Location – Central London Project Value - £660,000 Fox Construction Group were awarded a project by a London based architect, to erect 2no. new, high end Residential units atop an existing commercial property in Central London. The project involved a full Curtain Wall system, Insulated Roof system and full Internal Fit-Out of very high quality finishes. The location was extremely difficult to work in due to the limited space and working constraints applied by the Local Authority, but Fox were able to complete on time and within budget and are now enjoying repeat business with the client.

Food Industry - Abattoir Location – Gloucestershire Project Value - £5.4 million A multi-national producer of fresh meat products appointed Fox Construction Group to design and install new Production Lines, Lairage Facilities, Blast Freezers, Offal Reclamation Areas, Plant Rooms, Lorry Loading Buildings and a complete new Office Block at their site near Bristol. The installation all took place whilst the plant remained live for the duration of the project of 20 months which included many hours on evenings and at weekends. The result for the client was that they were able to double their production throughput resulting in numerous jobs created and increased profit margins Educational Facilities Location – Warwickshire Project Value - £75,000 Fox Construction Group were tasked with overhauling the Swim Changing Areas of a prestigious Private Educational Facility in the heart of Warwickshire. The works had to take place during the allotted School Holidays and were to a standard befitting of a building and organisation of this grandeur. The project was completed with special mention of Fox Construction Group’s works in the Headmasters annual report. Since completion, we have been asked to assist the School with design for forthcoming projects.
