Format of writing is very important Academic writing is one of the most important activities for academicians as well as students of institutions of higher learning. In order to initiate standard and orderly academic writings, a particular guide for academic writing should be established. Apart from that, this handbook also serves as a guide for students and academicians of USIM in completing their theses, dissertations, academic project reports and other academic writings.

Course Description This course is intended to provide students with the comprehensive review of essential human resources concepts and techniques. The practical application in human resource management is for all the students to know every scope of the job responsibility pertaining to managing human resources that they will have in the future.

Course Description Basically, Human Resource Management consists of numerous activities include: the strategic role of Human Resource Management, recruitment and placement, training and development, performance management and appraisal, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and other few related topics that review the overall concepts of Human Resource Management. Each topics in this field are interrelated and need to be carefully managed, integrated and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.

Learning Objectives To provide an overview of the purpose and role of human resource management and highlights some of the pertinent current issues facing human resource practitioners. To assist students in learning the basic tasks of human resource management and the laws governing their implementation.

Learning Objectives Explore the components of a performance management system which helps to ensure the productivity and job involvement of employees. To outline the organizational procedures which need to be taken in dealing with workers disciplinary problems and misconducts. To apply human resource skills to complete individual and group assignments and participation in class discussions.

Group Project Presentations 1. Each group should prepare a presentation of group project in one of these PowerPoint with voice short film/video public presentation (at Tesco/PKP/Giant/Bus Flash-Mob (APEKEMENDENYA NI?) 2.
