There are 3 state designated diploma pathways:  1—Standard Diploma  2—Scholars Diploma  3—Merit Diploma

 English4 credits  Math4 credits(while in HS) ◦ Must include Algebra 1 and Geometry  Science4 credits (Biology required)

 Social Studies3 specific credits ◦ World History (10 th grade) ◦ American History (11 th grade) ◦ American Government.5 credit (12 th grade) ◦ Economics w/ Financial Literacy.5 credit (12 th grade)

 Personal Fitness ½ credit  Physical Education ½ credit  Performing/Fine Arts 1 credit  Electives 9 credits  One course must be completed through on-line learning

 G.P.A. must be at least 2.0 unweighted  Pass FSA ELA Grade 10--Level 3 or higher  Pass Algebra 1 EOC Level 3 or higher TOTAL OF 26 CREDITS ARE REQUIRED FOR GRADUATION

 Meet Standard Diploma requirements plus the following course requirements:  Math—must include Algebra 2 and a math credit above Algebra 2  Science—must include chemistry or physics and 2 science credits equally rigorous to chemistry and physics  Must have one AP course  Must have 2 credits in the same World Language

MUST PASS THE FOLLOWING: FSA ELA Grade 10 Algebra 1 EOC Geometry EOC Biology EOC US History EOC Algebra 2 EOC

 Students who meet the Standard Diploma Requirements plus the following: Attain one or more Industry Certifications leading to college credit

 Students who meet the Scholars Diploma Requirements plus the following: ◦ Cumulative 3.75 weighted GPA ◦ 3 credits of the same world language ◦ 6 credits of Advanced Placement with grades of A or B ◦ 1 credit in Experimental Research with grade of A or B, or 4 th year of same world language, or one additional AP course with grade of A or B
