10Scott Smith, IMHR-M, (703) MILITARY PERSONNEL SERVICES DIMHRS/MILPAY Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) IOC is Mar Congressionally-mandated DoD program to provide the Services with an integrated, multi-component, personnel and pay system Improved delivery of military personnel and pay services. Provide Soldier a single, comprehensive record with enhanced self-service capabilities. Web-based tool available 24 hours a day. Personnel records will be available to HR professionals, Soldiers, personnel and pay managers, and other authorized users throughout the Services. Provide integrated personnel and pay functions User T3 training to begin Oct SFAC/WTU to be trained by garrison. Defense Military Pay Offices (DMPO) being realigned from DFAS to IMCOM under the MPDs.
