OBSERVER PORTAL  Accessible from “ObserversPortal”

Introduction  Observers Portal is for General, Expenditure, Police and Awareness Observers to verify and correct their personal information including personal bank details.  Check deployment details online and submit Reports by filling/uploading Reports in their portal.  Notice board for any information/instructions sent by Commission.

Observer Logs in with Observer ID and Password Main Menu Observer can Check and Update his Details Deployment Status of the observer logged in Fill Reports to be sent to commission Attach Files to be sent to commission Download And Print ID Card View Notice board For messages Sent By commission

Login The observer has to enter his User Name(Observer code) and password to login in observer portal. If the observer has forgotten his password, he can click on the “Forgotten your Password?” link provided on this page and reset his password to his observer code.

Change Password The observer can change his password by clicking on the “change Password “ link in the menu displayed after login in observer portal.

View & Update Observer Personal Information Click on “Check Your Details” –Update PIS

View Deployment Status Deployment AC[District] details are displayed.

View PastDeployment Details Click on Observer Duty Details Link to See Current Election and Past Election duty(up-till 60 days past election date)

Fill Reportstosendtocommission Click on “Fill Reports to send to Commission”

Click on “Attach Report Files to Send to Commission” 1.Observers can download report file in.pdf formats provided in home page 2.Take printouts, Fill the report and sign it. 3.Scan all the pages and try to incorporate them in one file (.pdf/.doc/.docx/.jpg) <=2 Mb 4.Attach the Report file/files by selecting the appropriate report option and click on Upload button. 5.You will be redirected to a page which displays details of uploaded and submitted report files. 6.MessagewillbesenttoObservers ontheirOfficialnumberafterthe Finalize and Submit button is pressed.

ViewNotice Board Click on “View Notice Board” Observer can view the notifications / instructions sent by ECI. Same will be sent by SMS on Observer’s official/personal mobile numbers provided and updated in their details.

Download and Print Colored Observers ID Card Click on “Download and Print ID card” Link to download the ID card of the observer. To download the observer’s ID card, Observer must upload digital passport size photograph in their personal information sheet accessible by clicking the link “Check your details”. Glossy photo paper is recommended for printing ID card via colored LaserJet printer

General Observer’s can view the reports filled and uploaded by Awareness Observer deployed in their State and Constituency.
