Simple System Management Straight forward and easy to use – Identity Access is so visually intuitive, selecting the task you want to perform is really quick and simple. Operator Dashboard Real time view of how many users are on-site or off-site Real time view of network control units status Remote Door Control. The operator can either Grant Access through a door or unlock it until manually relocked. Monitor selected readers to view users photo and recent history Alarm Viewer. The Operator can see all system alarms in real time. The Alarm window will appear over any other open windows.

User Management The individual access rights of employees, visitors and contractors can be assigned according to their responsibilities to include one or more restricted areas with individual time restrictions for each access control point. Group Management Multiple Users having identical access control rights can be assigned to a single Group. Any changes subsequently made to the group then immediately apply to all members in that group. Time Zones A quick and easy way to control the days / times that users can gain access or clock in. Time zones can also control a door for “free access” at defined times of the day so users can freely enter or exit without showing a card. Fire Alarm Integration Integrate the access control system with your Fire Alarm system so that selected doors automatically open in the event of a Fire Alarm activation. Import / Export Data User data can be imported directly from an Outlook vcf file or from a third party system. Time & Attendance data can be exported in various formats (e.g. Excel, CSV) using our Export wizard which makes the task very straightforward. Reports A complete security system must include full auditing and reporting capabilities. Our Report Wizard provides software operators with the ability to create and customise their own specific reports from within the Identity Access application. Software Operators System administrators can configure the permission levels for operators of the software application. From operators with wide-ranging responsibilities to those with single function duties, Identity Access enables administrators to assign an individual username and password and tailor their operators’ system experience directly to their jobs. Fire Alarm Muster / Roll-call Report When the fire alarm is activated, a list of who is on site can automatically be printed. This report can be set to print again after a few minutes. (This feature requires reader in/out on entry/exit doors) User Time Sheet Users’ time & attendance events can be recorded and displayed by day, week or month in a Time Sheet Report.
