Expectations Consistency is the key to success! Be consistent with your : Instruction Discipline Attendance (7:20-3:20) Attitude Be at your door in the morning and afternoon. Supervise, Supervise, Supervise! Duty stations on time the whole time. Maximize instruction; the majority of instruction should not be from a desk. Be hesitant about writing hall passes. At least 3 steps before a referral to the office-follow your discipline plan. Students always on task. Make parental contact periodically-no surprises, document. No all calls during instructional time.
