3 TAC OVERVIEW ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) T4 covers a wide range of IT services, including program management and strategy planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cyber security, operation and maintenance. Pre-award Debriefings concluded March 2011 Award Date targeted for 3 rd Qtr FY11

4 TAC OVERVIEW ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS Commodity Enterprise Contract (CEC) CEC is an enterprise contractual solution to acquire state of the art, fully qualified, interoperable, compatible, and deployable hardware and software solutions. Phase I -Type I HW (Laptops, Servers, Switches, etc), Incidental SW (Op Systems, Security SW) and Incidental Svs – IDIQ Multiple Award / Limited Awardees for Type I Items Phase II -Type II HW (Monitors, Printers, etc) Commodity SW (VA Gold Image Apps ), Licensing, Incidental Svs – IDIQ Multiple Award / Multiple Awardees for Type II Items Advantages: IT Management; Cost Efficiencies; Ease of Administration; Asset Standardization Focus : *Small Business/SDVOSB Set-Asides (*As supported by Market Research) Solicitation Date targeted for 4th Qtr FY11/1st Qtr FY12

5 TAC OVERVIEW ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS Enterprise Telephone Voice System (ETVS) / Private Branch Exchanges (PBX) ETVS/PBX is Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) voice systems, equipment, installation, implementation, training and maintenance; providing delivery of voice communication services at VA Medical Centers, Community Based Outpatient Clinics, and VA Regional Benefit Offices. Requirements consists of three (3) parts Part 1 - Replacement/New Systems (FY11 procurement will focus on Part 1) Part 2 - Augmentation of existing systems Part 3 - Piece Parts/Maintenance Requirements are still outstanding; Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) collecting data on requirements via VA-wide data call Upon receipt of requirements acquisition strategy will be finalized Focus : *SDVOSB Set-Aside (*As supported by Market Research) Solicitation Date targeted for 4th Qtr FY11
