The challenge nowadays is how to transfer - new positive vision of ageing into the education of professionals and hence to the practice of working with older people Targets - educators and management staff at the partners and other higher education institutions in Europe. The indirect target groups are the students, professional communities and older people themselves ELLAN Project

19 Results -  the project will standardize education in Europe by developing a European Core Competencies Framework;  the project will encounter the challenges of ageing Europe and through this supports the equality of the European area, change of good practice as well as involving the older people in the development of education;  thus there are the older people both as learners and instructors.
