Slide 2 Eurostat Unit B3 – Statistical Information Technology IT Directors Group 24 – 25 October 2005 DG Enterprises and Industry has presented the draft of a European Union Public License (EUPL, basically a GPL translated into European legal terms This license is still in the negotiation process; afterwards, CIRCA shall be published under this license Eurostat intends to publish GENEDI under this license, as well as tools developed in X-DIS The CIRCA IG “OSS and Statistics” is updated from time to time. More work will be done in this field when the X-DIS project has started Latest developments
