Q-LESS Online reservation system – Students can reserve their “spot” before coming to the college Counselors can access in their offices ONE-STOP CENTER Front-line for Enrollment Services & the College (including Off-Campus Centers): – Call Center & Welcome Desk – Specialize in Customer Service – 360-degree format for assisting students – Frequent department refreshers facilitated by ES staff
