İZMİR GEMAŞ - İzmir Factory, established in May 2011, has 6000 m2 indoor production and 2000 m2 open storage area. It is based in the heart of the pool market in Turkey's Aegean region, It has the advantage of exports and imports with its active ports and whereby production costs are cheaper. When it is compared to Istanbul, Izmir, played a primary role in the selection of the production base. With the continuing construction of the facility, it is estimated to reach m2 indoor production area in a short term of time.

TÜBİTAK SUPPORTED R&D PROJECT BOBBIN WOUNDED GEMAŞ in 2011, succeeded the production of pressure Tank,Bobbin wounded, the surface of the cylindrical filter tank with the cross-fiber winding technique. This has never been done in Turkey before and with this project is awarded with TUBITAK R&D support. Our company is currently the only manufacturer streching from China to Spain that can produce these filters using this technique.
